The Conde Altea Apartment

The place is a modern apartment with 3 full size bedrooms, a spacious living room and a terrace with views to the Mediterranean sea and the "espigo" beach in Altea. The apartment includes all modern services as elevator and swimming pool. it is very close to the main commercial streets and beach, sea front promenade and restaurants. The high speed internet, satellite TV, electricity and other apartment services are included in the rental.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, the first one with a king size bed (160x200), , the second one with a queen size beds (140x200) and the third one with 2 beds of 90x200cm.

The apartment has a large living room including a large 75'' UHD TV, finer optic and wifi 300 Mb symmetric internet and access to the apartment terrace that allows confortable table for taking sun baths or enjoying breakfast or dinners close to the sea side.

The apartment has 2 toilets, one with a bath tub and the other with a big shower. Clean bed linen and towels are included in the rental.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including also washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other equipment.

The complete apartment is equipped with a centralized air conditioning providing a comfortable temperature in both summer and winter.

This apartment has an excellent location, next to the beach and the old town. Supermarket and Altea's market are in 500 meters.

Main street is located very close to the apartment concentrating most of the Altea's shops, as well, as the Ayuntamiento de Altea.

Guests can use tram to go to Benidorm, Alicante, Calp, Denia.

The station is located not far from the apartment (in 5 minute).

From the airport, 3 options are available. A bus from the airport to Benidorm and then a bus to altea (about 60 minutes), a Taxi (40 minutes) but more expensive or a rental car and finally the Tram, first a bus to Alicante, then the Tram from Alicante to Altea. About 100 minutes.

There is place to park the park free of charge about 500 meters from the apartment. Please ask me about the details.

The neighbourhood is one the best of altea, thanks to its location close to the beach, sea side promenade and commercial area. The sea side promenade starts at some meters from the apartment allowing long sea side walks up to L'albir (8 km round trip). All that in a calm and safe environment.

In the area, there is also locations to park the car and plenty of bars, restaurants and in a 500 m radius also the main supermarkets.

Guests can use tram to go to Benidorm, Alicante, Calpe, Denia. The station is located not far from the apartment (5 minute walk). Bus stop is at 1 minute from the apartment with services to Benidorm, Calpe and Alicante including the airport.

The penthouse is a legally registered apartment under the Spanish and regional law with the number VT-487578-A (Standard Category and with capacity of 6 people). There are official consumer complaint forms if needed by the guests.
